What We’re Looking For * Experience in adult day services, senior care, or recreation therapy (minimum 2 years preferred). * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Creativity, compassion, and a passion for serving older adults. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Gerontology, Recreation Therapy, or related field preferred. * CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). The elderly caregiver provides direct personal care and supportive services to residents under the supervision of the Administrator or a licensed nurse. The caregiver helps residents maintain their safety, independence, and quality of life while promoting dignity and respect.
