What We’re Looking For * Experience in adult day services, senior care, or recreation therapy (minimum 2 years preferred). * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Creativity, compassion, and a passion for serving older adults. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Gerontology, Recreation Therapy, or related field preferred. * CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Perform task to assist in a family home environment for elderly male quad of 71 year old. Family home is mostly taken care from other members in the household. Services like basic cleaning in the home is maintained by family and a few things will be maintain by extra help. Other responsibilities will be taken care of will be by other members in the home. During these time frames the elderly male must have assistance and companionship.
