ShareFeast Your Eyes Catering is hiring a hourly Catering Production Kitchen Dishwasher. This role is the backbone of our kitchen operations. You’ll keep the dish room moving, the kitchen & Feast HQ spotless, and the team supplied—so our culinarians can execute beautiful food at scale and our events run flawlessly. If you’re organized, reliable, and take pride in clean, efficient spaces, you’ll thrive here. What You’ll Do • Operate dish machines and three-compartment sinks per SOPs (wash/rinse/sanitize and air-dry). • Wash pots, sheet pans, inserts, knives, cutting boards, smallwares, and service ware to “event-ready” standard. • Sort, label, and restock clean wares to assigned locations; maintain clear bin and rack organization. • Monitor machine temps, sanitizer concentration, and change water/chemicals on schedule; log as required. • Maintain a spotless Feast HQ: floors swept/mopped, drains/grease traps maintained, trash and recycling removed, bathrooms kept clean. • Clean and sanitize worktables, shelving, walk-ins, hot boxes, speed racks, carts, ovens’ exterior, and equipment exteriors. • Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing checklists; escalate maintenance issues promptly. Safety & Communication • Practice safe lifting and equipment handling; wear required PPE and slip-resistant footwear. • Participate in daily huddles; communicate shortages, damage, or schedule risks early. • Uphold Feast standards: professionalism, teamwork, and guest-ready cleanliness. What You Bring • Experience in a high-volume kitchen, hotel, or catering dish room (preferred); we will train the right person. • Reliability, strong work ethic, and pride in a clean, organized workspace. • Ability to: stand/walk for 8+ hours; bend, reach, push/pull; frequently lift up to 40 lbs. • Basic English for safety/labels; bilingual a plus. • ServSafe Food Handler or ability to obtain within 60 days (company-supported).
