Description

We are hiring a highly organized and motivated professional to support our growing real estate operations team. The ideal candidate has high attention to detail, strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in property management /construction, and thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. Responsibilities - Proactively work with owner to streamline operations and help grow both the rental and construction side of the business - Meeting with and showing marketed properties to potential tenants - Assist with move-ins, move-outs, oversight of maintenance and improvements - Oversight of current property management & maintenance team - ensuring that tenant requests are being answered timely - Keep track of property insurance, rental licenses, and other annual processes - Handle tenant escalations/emergencies as needed - Assist with acquisition related tasks (closings, document preparation) - Coordinating city inspection schedules with field manager, creating and managing permits - Organizing and providing documents as needed for architects, GCs, or other construction-related professionals - Assist the accountant with bookkeeping tasks as needed (A/P, A/R, invoice processing) Requirements Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years property management / real estate experience Proven proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, data sorting) Proven proficiency in shared drive software (Google Drive, Dropbox,etc.) Must have active license to drive vehicle Must agree to and pass a background check Must work out of office in North Philly Strongly Preferred Knowledge of Philadelphia real estate admin systems (eClipse, Atlas, Phila.gov) Real estate or property management background Experience with accounting and property management software (Quickbooks, Appfolio or similar) Familiarity of HUD, PHA, Section 8/HCV, LIHTC, or other housing programs Familiarity / Use of AI / automation tools Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times Traveling to and walking the property/properties This role requires both office work and field visits daily Salary - Up to $75k/year based on experience Benefits Following a 90-day probationary period, employees are eligible for a negotiable benefits package that includes a healthcare stipend and Paid Time Off (PTO). POSITION: Leasing Coordinator OVERVIEW: The Leasing Coordinator supports the resident onboarding process from screening approval through move-in.
