Position Overview: The Senior Project Manager / Estimator is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of design-build construction projects—handling project planning, estimating, budgeting, client communication, and on-site coordination. This dual-role position requires a highly organized individual with strong leadership skills and a solid background in both project management and estimating. We are looking for a very capable and interested individual that will fit into our work culture. You may be splitting your time between the office and several of our local job sites to help with the hands on construction. QUALIFICATIONS Four years of progressively responsible experience in the installation, test, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning equipment and systems. Full performance (journey) level knowledge of and skill in the HVAC trade.
