Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring that all dishes that come into the kitchen and which go out on the floor are cleaned to the excellence that the restaurant requires. Host/Hostess in the Pantry (The Hotel Captain Cook)
Summary of Position: The Host is primarily responsible for greeting and seating guests in coordination with the service staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience. Additional duties include issuing menus, managing to-go orders, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, overseeing the wait list, and, if applicable, managing reservations. The Host is expected to professionally represent the hotel and contribute to creating a welcoming and positive guest experience.
