





Small immigration and family law practice in north Seattle is seeking a dependable Office Assistant as an independent contractor. This is an in-office position only. No remote work is available. Responsibilities: – Scanning, printing, filing, and organizing documents – Preparing packets (biometrics, exhibits, filings) – Answering phones and taking messages – Basic data entry – Maintaining office organization and supplies – Light office errands within the building Requirements: – Must be reliable and punctual – Strong attention to detail – Ability to follow instructions carefully – Professional communication – Must maintain strict confidentiality – Spanish is a plus, not required – No remote work permitted Schedule & Compensation: – Independent contractor position – Initially Part-time (20 hours/week to start) can be converted to full-time. – Must work in person at the office – Compensation: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience – Contractor is responsible for their own taxes To Apply: Send a short email with your résumé and availability for interview.
