1984 Chevy P30 Grumman Catering truck and trailer Cons: Freezer 🥶/ Refrigerator not working , generator cuts off under major power load, exterior light shortage currently(not working) All aluminum body and no rust most appliances in kitchen work, Professional Fire Suppression System, refrigerator/freezer works sometime. I don’t know what’s going on with it. Main reason why I’m selling truck. stacked convection oven works perfect, 6 six burner rang perfect, 3 deep fryer, Vulcan and American 🇺🇸 Range Large size size Three bay sink and hand wash sink, lots of storage shelves. The generator runs off the liquid propane but when all the appliances and everything is on, it cuts off completely :( Motor and transmission works good once running. To get started, you have to spray starter fluid in the carburetor (1984 Chevy) on the truck part you can drop the trailer or keep it connected. The lights work sometimes sometimes they don’t. I think it’s some type of shortage. Motor and transmission run strong pull on the highway, No problem. really good steering.
