Description

Our rapidly expanding and welcoming team is in search of a driven, independent, and detail-oriented Production Assistant with a strong interest in video production. ** FLUENT RUSSIAN SPEAKING IS A MUST, English at least Upper intermediate** Everyone on the team contributes and has room for growth. Duties: - Act as the Production Assistant on set, supporting the director’s vision and maintaining a professional and respectful environment. - Set up VR cameras, lighting, and sound equipment on set, collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure quality setup and alignment. - Helping with booking talents and extras for productions, handling call times, coordinating schedules, and providing on-site support. - Engage in scriptwriting and work with scriptwriters, refining shot lists and scripts and ensuring alignment with the creative vision. - Oversee production timelines, adjust schedules, and track deadlines to ensure smooth progression from pre-production to post-production. - Help to plan and coordinate content production while meeting strict deadlines. - Collaborate with other departments, including post-production, to ensure efficient workflows and continuity. - Scout, book, and prepare locations, overseeing prop purchasing, and managing on-set logistics. - Review and check raw footage for quality, ensuring consistency and noting any issues for follow-up. - Problem-solve any on-set emergencies, like equipment malfunctions or scheduling issues, to minimize production delays. Requirements: - Filming experience and working on sets are a plus. - Working knowledge of photo and video equipment is a huge plus. - Management and leadership skills on set, multitasking, and involvement. A great communicator who can collaborate effectively with talents. - Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines with quick turnaround times. - CA driver's license and readiness to drive a filming van are a must. - FLUENT RUSSIAN SPEAKING IS A MUST, English at least Upper intermediate - Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects without compromising quality. Our videos—especially street interviews and social ads—regularly reach millions of viewers, and we’re looking for someone to help us level up our content for the influencer we work with (@Damispeakz and our business channels @shotsbylovely). The Role We’re looking for a creative, self-directed Videographer & Content Creator to help us shoot, edit, and produce compelling short-form content (primarily for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube).
