missing brother!! (oakland lake merritt / grand)

! i’m posting this for my partner whose brother has been missing. he was admitted into kaiser hospital last week as a “5150” case and then transferred to San Jose Behavioral Health. On the day he was discharged, the hospital sent him back to Oakland on a lyft where he was supposed to meet with his family. They were not able to get in contact with him directly - his phone is off/ dead battery and haven’t seen him since. We think the hospital premarturely discharged him before he was ready and now he’s missing and most likely alone while confronting his mental health issues.
