I am looking for an architect or engineer with at least some experience testifying in court in cases involving illegal construction in New York City. You would need to get the plans from the city, look at photos, determine whether and to what extent illegal construction is being done, give sworn affidavits for court and testify in court as necessary. Pay is $50/hr. This is for a law firm so it could lead to other working on other cases as well. Seeking skilled Revit Designers/PM's able to handle complex tasks and projects; which will involve design, drafting and construction document coordination. Must be able to create complete Construction Document sets with little or no oversight. You will also be tasked with being a "mentor" to our young staff of interns/designers, answering their questions and helping to PM their projects. 5 years (or more) of Architectural Revit Production work experience required.
