Commuting from worksite to worksite in the Tri-state areas including meetings in the office. You will be reporting to the Project Managers and owners. Fluent in Spanish and English. Job Description: Entry level position. We offer training. *Report to the office every day *Perform plan take-offs, use software to measure and count mechanical system components to ensure accurate project price estimation. *Review project plans and specifications to include all necessary job scope details in project pricing. *Work with the Lead Estimator to prepare and submit project bids *Ability to interpret field drawings and keep project schedules in regard to drawing submittals *Potential site visits to obtain field information for use in shop and coordinate drawings, as-builts, etc.. *Build and create a CAD image library consisting of frequently used symbols and designs *Use and knowledge of drafting to execute BIM modeling and 3D modeling initiatives *Working knowledge of HVAC - AutoCAD software. Ability to compile drawings/designs consisting of piping systems, ductwork, HVAC, process, layouts, etc.. *Experience & Requirement: *Complete computer skills:; Microsoft Office-Word, Excel & Outlook *1 year HVAC experience *1 year of estimating (required) *Autodesk Revit experience (preferred) *Mechanical aptitude; ability to understand mechanical ductwork systems and drawings (preferred)

We are a growing residential construction firm searching for a residential construction estimator.

We are a large misc. metals fabrication company seeking an additional experienced CAD steel detailer/draftsman. We've been in business for over 40 years fabricating metals stairs, railings, ladders, etc. for commercial construction projects. We are currently seeking an accomplished Residential Construction Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients, designers, and architects as you lead all aspects of our residential projects from launch through completion. Responsibilities: Develop and define the scope of work for field management and subcontractors. Estimate project costs and selling price. Develop and manage the project budget and schedule. Coordinate all purchases. Manage permits, regulatory requirements, jobsite communication, and safety. Cultivate and maintain customer relationships through open communication and ensuring quality of work standards are met and exceeded. Take overall responsibility for the timely and on-budget delivery of the project. Qualifications: 5-10 years of demonstrated Project Management experience in high-end residential construction. Residential work experience needs to be in custom or semi-custom construction. Thorough knowledge of the building trades including millwork and renovation. Ability to develop relationships with customers, designers, and subcontractors. Demonstrated leadership skills to meet our standards of quality and customer-satisfaction while overseeing projects and ensuring they are completed on time and at budget. Procore and Microsoft Office proficient is a MUST Job Type: Full-time in office and some site visits
