Coordinate with the San Mateo County staff and persuade them to complete our SB9 application. We have a survey and a split line and a geologic soil analysis done so we are 85% there but we still need some careful persuasive documentation and help negotiating with the County of San Mateo staff. After the basic SB9 split approval then help us a second time. Create an off the shelf building house plan and submit it to get the County to assess if they will accept our existing " non compliant" driveway. We are looking for a full-time Senior Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our Walnut Creek office. The person in this position will be responsible for producing construction documents including floor plans, equipment schedules and specifications, managing client expectations throughout the entire life of the project, so they meet the Firm's design and technical standards. This role has regular client interface, including coordinating with utility companies, presentation of project designs and oversight of the construction phase. Design and engineering responsibilities include power distribution systems, grounding, lighting protection, and lighting controls, mostly for commercial buildings.
