Our Residential Property Management team offers professional property management and leasing services for all types of residential properties ranging from single condominium units to large multi-family apartment buildings. We currently manage a portfolio of 1300+ residential units on Oahu. DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES The Residential Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a residential property. This includes managing the property, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring that the property is well maintained. • Active Hawaii Real estate license required. • 2 year minimum property management experienced preferred. • Good communication/people skills. • Good organizational skills. • Conflict resolution skills. Empathetic. • Manage residential portfolio of single unit to apartment buildings. • Collecting rent from tenants and ensuring that they are in compliance with lease terms • Managing the property to ensure it is well maintained and in good condition • Ensuring that all repairs are completed in a timely manner • Communicating with tenants to address any issues or concerns • Working with vendors to ensure that all necessary services are being provided • Managing the leasing process for new tenants • Salary is based on number of units managed. • Commissions for new leases/renewals & bonuses for meeting metrics. • Combined Salary/Comm/Bonus Earning potential up to $5000/month • Benefits package (paid vacation/time off, choice of Kaiser/HMSA medical/dental/drug/vision, 401k) • Must have own automobile, license and insured. • Mileage & mobile phone reimbursement.
