Responsibilities -Troubleshoot and repair all facets of apartment make-ready & maintenance -Trouble-shooting and repair of HVAC systems -Manage service requests with efficiency -Execute residential painting and other aesthetic improvements as required. -Fabricate components as necessary to support maintenance operations. -Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients and staff. Skills -Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems. -HVAC certification preferred but not required -Experience in supervising maintenance staff or projects is a plus. -Plumbing & electrical skills -Familiarity with facilities maintenance best practices. -Excellent customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions with clients. -Experience in residential painting techniques is advantageous. -Capable of fabricating parts or components as needed for repairs.
