Have customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: - Time management skills to handle multiple service calls or maintenance schedules. -Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment using tools such as ammeters, voltmeters, and other diagnostic instruments. -Troubleshoot issues related to the issue to ensure optimal performance of the pool or spa. -Execute tasks as required for repairs or modifications. -Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions. -Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment needs and service updates. -Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks. Experience: -Knowledge of pool and spa equipment such as pumps, heaters, filters, and chlorinators. -Ability to test and balance water chemistry (pH, chlorine levels, alkalinity).- Skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical components. -Experience in the Spa and pool maintenance or repair-related field is essential. Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, including the use of ammeters and voltmeters. -Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field. -Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
