We are not offering relocation or travel per diem for this role. 💵 REAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE (OPEN SHOP) Base Pay: $45–$50/hr Typical OT: 10 hrs/week = $150K+ total potential Full Family Health Insurance – company paid (~$16K value) 401K with 4% match + yearly bonus 4 Weeks Paid Vacation + Holidays Company Phone & Utility Truck (after probation) Total Compensation ≈ $185K/year ⚙️ PREVAILING WAGE WORK We are an open-shop contractor, but many of our projects include prevailing-wage scopes. On those jobs, hourly rates can reach $70–$100/hr, depending on classification and location.
