We are seeking a reliable and friendly RV Park Host. This position may be part-time or full-time and requires someone who enjoys working with the public, maintaining facilities, and keeping the community safe and welcoming for all guests. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while also ensuring that the property and amenities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Provides friendly and courteous customer service to all guests and visitors. Provides excellent customer service while enforcing park rules and regulations professionally. Registers campers who have not registered online, assist with late check-ins, and collects fees as needed. Ability to use and troubleshoot payment system if needed. Completes basic administrative tasks including recordkeeping, and processing revenue data according to company forms and procedures. Maintains facilities and grounds. Cleans, sanitizes, and stocks restrooms. Cleans and tidies roadways, trails, campsites, picnic tables. Rakes and grooms sites and common areas. Picks up litter and micro-trash such as bottle caps, cigarette butts, etc. Maintains a visible presence around the property to monitor guest activity, deter unwanted behavior, and provide assistance. Monitors parking lots and park grounds for loitering, trespassing, or suspicious activity. Reports incidents, maintenance issues, unsafe conditions, or hazards to the RV/MV Manager. Responsibilities Mow lawns, weed eat, clear blackberry bushes, and perform general landscape maintenance throughout common areas. Perform light tree work, trimming, and minor limb removal as needed. Clean, stock, and maintain restrooms and bathhouses to ensure a pleasant guest experience. Maintain pool(s), including routine cleaning and water chemical checks, no experience necessary will train. Collect, dispose of, and manage park waste and litter daily in common areas. Read PG&E utility meters monthly and record usage per management guidelines. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance and repairs on park facilities, grounds, and equipment. Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed (specialty work referred out as appropriate). Local Truck Driver Responsibilities: -Safely transporting goods to and from specified locations according to company delivery schedules. -Maintaining an accurate logbook of driving activities, detailing the number of hours worked, deliveries completed, and rest periods. -Liaising with Superintendent and Job Foreman to communicate any Material issues and/or delays. -Properly secure goods to ensure that they are not damaged in transit. -Assisting in the loading and unloading of Truck, using hand trucks and forklifts as required. -Notifying management of any accidents, parking tickets, vehicle damage, and major maintenance issues. -Ensuring that the company truck is clean and well-maintained at all times. -Basic mechanical knowledge of truck maintenance Local Truck Driver Requirements: -High school diploma or GED. -Class A commercial driver's license (CDL). -Proven experience driving trucks. -A clean driving record. -Sound knowledge of road safety regulations. -The ability to utilize GPS and local road maps. -The ability to operate hand trucks and electric lifts, or forklifts.
