Construction Labor (Grants Pass, OR)

Three generation construction company looking for part time driver with type 4 license or willing to train the right person. Duties consist of pick up and drop off of dumpsters with hook Lift Truck and dump runs. Will also involve pick up and drop off of roofing material and will involve helping field workers from time to time load and off load at job sites. We offer a competitive wage and benefit package.

Upcountry farm worker needed for weed whacking, mowing, and farm maintenance. The perfect candidate must be licensed and insured. 7 hours per week, 1x a week. (you choose the day) Must have landscaping experience. A good attitude is always welcome. $35 per hour if you use our equipment, $40 if you use your equipment.

This position involves clearing snow and ice at various business locations during and after snow events. Late night, early morning and weekend work are required, depending on the timing of snowfalls. Applicants must be available from the onset of each snowfall until the conclusion of tasks. Employment could lead to a summer position if desired. PAY • $30.00 -35.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum • Vehicle Allowance $75.00 • 10% Bonus at end of season for perfect Attendance. • All hand equipment and materials will be supplied RESPONSIBILITIES • Operate snow equipment to clear walkways of snow and ice. • Maintain equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for snow removal tasks. • Follow safety protocols to protect yourself and others while operating equipment. • Communicate effectively with team members regarding job status and any issues that arise. QUALIFICATIONS • One year of experience is required • Strong work ethic who are responsible and responsive when snow falls. • Ability to work long hours during winter storms, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Must possess a valid driver's license. • Must have reliable transportation.
