We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Studio Assistant to join our team and help us deliver an outstanding client experience for events and light studio hours. Position Summary This entry-level position is perfect for someone who loves fitness, enjoys working with people, and is eager to grow in a professional, community-focused environment. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere Assist clients with events and light studio work Maintain studio cleanliness and organization to ensure a professional, inviting space Support instructors with class setup and studio needs Assist with social media posts and photography, promotions, and community events Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns with professionalism Qualifications We will train, no experience required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, professional, and reliable Basic computer skills (experience with scheduling software is a plus) Passion for health, wellness, and fitness Previous customer service experience preferred but not required (training provided) Perks Complimentary or discounted Pilates classes Opportunities for growth within the studio Positive, supportive team environment Flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends as needed) We are located near CAP METRO train for transportation if need be How to Apply If you are enthusiastic, organized, and excited about helping others feel their best, we’d love to hear from you!
