We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer Target Total Compensation: $375,000 - $514,000, including fixed annual salary of $250,000 - $315,000, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits. As a Staff Software Engineer you will be part of the Aftersell team, driving engineering for some of our highest visibility and most impactful products. You will be working closely with other software engineers and product managers in your team on solving interesting problems and driving business values. Extensive experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines An eagerness to work and learn in the open and share your learnings with your teammates. Position Summary: Provide technical design, consultation, information and assistance to internal and external customers under direct supervision to insure that project complies with all engineering standards. The designer will work under the supervision of more senior engineers. Work will be completed in concert with the stated project requirements, all current codes, as well as Prime Electric Engineering Standards. Applicant will be responsible for designing, developing and producing permit and construction documents for electrical systems. Essential Job Functions: • Power Distribution, Signal and Lighting Design • Single line Diagrams and Panel Schedules • Lighting Fixture Selection and Schedules • Lighting Control Diagrams • Title 24 Compliance Calculations • Review shop drawings and specifications • Review, comment and process equipment and system submittals • Visit job sites for field investigations • Voltage drop, load and demand calculations • Coordination with other construction trades and disciplines • Back check of own work for accuracy and completeness before submission to others • Perform coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, process and all electrical trades • Coordinate work with the project specifications or equipment buy-out • Attend project design team meetings. Interface with various team members, particularly the client, architect, and mechanical contractor/engineer • Research and resolve drawing interpretation problems, conflicts, interferences, and errors • Perform other duties assigned by Director of Engineering Minimum Job Requirements: • Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering a plus • Minimum 2-Years of experience in electrical systems design a plus • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word & Excel • Experience with Revit & Navis Manage a plus • Reasonable knowledge of the NEC as well as building codes and ordinances • Broad knowledge and experience with power and lighting design • Understanding of sustainable design and LEED Documentation a plus • Documents and archives work pursuant the Prime Electric standards

You will oversee IT systems and the full lifecycle of equipment, drive compliance initiatives, manage contracts and insurance, and support structured planning cycles. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll collaborate closely with leadership, finance, engineering, and other departments, while holding outside vendors and agencies accountable for delivering on expectations. Responsibilities Compliance & Cybersecurity Manage IT and compliance policies, cybersecurity training, and readiness for external audits (e.g., SOC2). Ensure strong internal controls and defense systems are in place. Maintain organized systems for contracts, renewals, and compliance documentation. Strategic Planning & Operating Rhythm Guide business planning cycles, Rocks/KPIs, and quarterly/annual strategy sessions. Use Bloom Growth (or similar software) to track execution and progress. Enforce process documentation standards and maintain one clear operating manual for the company. Plan and execute semi-annual company Summits, including scheduling, bookings, logistics, and budgeting. Requirements Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution, with strong attention to documentation and accountability. Experience with structured business operating systems or disciplined planning cycles (e.g., EOS, OKRs, KPIs, waterfall). 6+ years of professional experience in operations, IT, or compliance, ideally in a small–mid-sized company (Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage compliance processes such as contracts and renewals. Experience with IT systems, cybersecurity practices, and equipment lifecycle management (directly or via vendors). Familiarity with external audit frameworks (e.g., SOC2) is a plus but not required. Proven strength in process documentation, enforcement, and optimization. Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to tie operations decisions to measurable impact. Comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong accountability. As a Commercial Construction Estimator, your role is critical in shaping the financial foundation of our projects. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction jobs, ensuring that we maintain profitability while delivering high-quality work. This position requires a strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, labor costs, and subcontractor coordination. Salary range: $75,000 to $110,000.  This salary range reflects a scale from a competent early-career estimator to a highly experienced, leadership-level estimator who adds strategic value to the organization. Responsibilities: Review architectural and engineering plans to develop detailed cost estimates. Perform quantity take-offs across all CSI divisions. Analyze subcontractor bids and vendor pricing to ensure scope alignment and cost efficiency. Collaborate with project managers and field teams to align estimates with actual site conditions and execution plans. Participate in pre-bid walkthroughs and site evaluations as needed.
