The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to units within the Department of Information Services, with a focus on Applications and Data Analysis, as well as Digital Transformation support. Alcatraz Shade Shop is looking for a 32.5 hour a week employee for our workshop and repair area. Duties include receiving shipments and checking them in, filing paperwork, receiving repairs for shades and blinds, learning how to repair shades and blinds and helping customers with parts and other questions. Repair person will also answer the phone when other employees are busy. Attention to detail, punctual and self sufficient is a must. Duties also include maintaining a clean driveway and sidewalks by sweeping and using the leaf blower and weed whacker. Must speak fluent English.
