Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Logistics Process Engineer to oversee and execute operational network changes across a defined region in the U.S. This individual will be responsible for aligning local execution with corporate strategy, monitoring in-field operations, and ensuring timely and efficient rollout of changes. The ideal candidate is both analytically skilled and operationally grounded—capable of supporting execution while also evaluating performance, cost impact, and long-term effectiveness. Requirements Serve as the regional point-of-contact for all planned network changes and optimization efforts. Coordinate on-site execution, ensuring team alignment with rollout plans, deadlines, and key performance objectives. Actively monitor progress during change events, troubleshoot issues in real-time, and ensure timely resolution of operational blockers. Communicate and escalate risks to senior stakeholders as needed to maintain execution momentum. Conduct cost and performance analysis before and after implementation to measure the effectiveness and ROI of changes. Deliver post-mortem reports on network changes with clear insights, learnings, and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, product, engineering, vendors) to ensure seamless implementation of new network designs and city cluster models. Drive continuous improvement by tracking metrics, identifying inefficiencies, and suggesting corrective actions. Support documentation and reporting, including weekly execution updates and regional change impact summaries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or process implementation roles. Strong analytical and cost modeling skills; able to work with data to support decision-making. Proven experience managing field-level implementation of complex operational changes. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adjusting to dynamic conditions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with city-level logistics, last-mile networks, or urban fulfillment is a plus. Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) is an asset. Mandarin and/or Spanish language proficiency is a strong asset, especially for field coordination and communication with local teams. Hands-on, execution-focused mindset. High attention to detail and ownership mentality. Ability to balance field operations with strategic reporting and analysis. Comfortable traveling within the region and being on-site as needed. Noble Thermodynamics is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to play a pivotal role in the development and deployment of the Argon Power Cycle™—a new benchmark in zero-emission power generation. In this role, you will take charge of key responsibilities, starting with process design, including performing process simulations, analyzing process data, and preparing process control narratives. You will develop essential engineering documentation (e.g., PFDs, H&MBs, etc.) and conduct safety reviews (e.g., HAZOP) to ensure safe, reliable, and code compliant designs. You will provide technical oversight ensuring successful process implementation during construction and operation of the plants. Finally, you will create cost estimates and conduct lifecycle and techno-economic analyses to evaluate the competitiveness and positive environmental impact of different process designs.
