Clark County Traffic Defense P.C. This position focuses on defending traffic citations in over 22 counties across Washington. No prior traffic defense experience is necessary. Comprehensive training will be provided. Position Details Title: Associate Attorney Experience: 0–3 years preferred Location: On-site, Vancouver, Washington Schedule: 40 hours per week, W-2 position (Preferred). Open to Rule-9 and externships that lead to employment post-graduation and bar passage. Start Date: Mid-to-late September 2025 Key Responsibilities Represent clients in traffic citation cases across 22+ Washington counties Maintain prompt, effective communication with clients regarding case status and strategy Work closely with referral partners to ensure high-quality service and strong relationships Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines Report daily to Senior Managing Partners Erin McAleer and Robert Andersen Participate in ongoing training and professional development Qualifications Active license to practice law in Washington (required) 0–3 years of legal experience (traffic defense experience not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage time effectively and work in a fast-paced environment Commitment to excellent client service Compensation & Benefits Salary: $90,000 annually, paid bi-weekly (after licensed). $35,000 if Rule(9).
