In this position you will use your soldering skills to support our SMT Machine Room and Auditing. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Demonstrate the ability to follow directions from management and leads - Read, interpret, and understand Operation Sheets (Op Sheets) - Performs various types of soldering including surface mount, thru-hole and hand soldering - Sets up equipment and solders components together - Operates and maintains certain machinery such as selective solder, baby flow, big flow, conformal coat, screw guns, torque drivers, soldering iron. - Assist in Auditing - Cleans and maintains work area - Other Duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent - Soldering experience - Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing - Excellent work ethic and attendance - Basic understanding of hand tools and assembly equipment - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork - Must be humble, passionate about your job, and treat others with the greatest of respect Preferred Qualifications: - Component ID Certification - Surface mount, thru hole, and hand soldering - SMT Machine Operation - Auditing Physical Requirements: - Prolonged periods standing and performing repetitive tasks - Must be able to lift 40 pounds at a time - Repetitive use of hands/motion and have manual dexterity, finger dexterity, and multi-limb coordination - Must have excellent hand-eye coordination - Use of required/provided PPE Work Environment: Manufacturing plant, non-controlled climate, mechanical equipment, moving objects, fumes, odors, dirt, and dust.   Pelco Solutions is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
