We are hiring participants for a short-term research project in Midtown Manhattan. This role involves evaluating new technology in a structured office environment. Details: Location: Midtown Manhattan Duration: 3 hours (single session - not an ongoing job!) Schedule: Weekdays at either 9:00 AM or 1:30 PM Compensation: $150 (via prepaid virtual visa card or PayPal upon request at the session) Requirements: Must be 18 years or older You must be a US resident who can bring a US passport or a state ID to the session. You can not be a current resident of Texas or Illinois). This position assists the Resident Manager with the physical maintenance of the project and equipment as it pertains to the common areas, grounds and individual units. Job tasks include but may not be limited to the following • Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community by ensuring that grounds, amenities, building exteriors/interiors, market-ready units interior, walkways, curbs, signage, leasing office, central garbage areas, parking lots and other buildings and common areas are free of debris, trash, graffiti and other items which affect the appearance of the community.
