Responsibilities: Design and create floral arrangements for daily orders, weddings, funerals, and special events. Take phone and in-person orders with professionalism and accuracy. The Floral Assistant will help with daily shop operations, support floral designers, and provide excellent customer service. This position is perfect for someone eager to learn the floral business and grow into a more advanced role over time. Responsibilities Assist floral designers with preparing flowers and materials for arrangements. Care for flowers and plants: cutting, conditioning, watering, and organizing. Take and process phone or in-person orders with professionalism. Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth and efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked shop environment. Unpack, lift, and carry items up to 50 lbs (flower buckets, boxes, supplies). Help with shop displays and merchandising. Support the team during busy seasons, holidays, weddings, and events. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred (floral experience a plus but not required). Good customer service skills—friendly, professional, and comfortable both on the phone and in person. Reliable, motivated, and able to work well as part of a team. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running CNC routers for custom millwork, an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently during off-peak hours. Schedule - Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Occasional flexibility for project deadlines Key Responsibilities - Set up, program, and operate CNC routers for custom woodwork and millwork parts - Review drawings, material specs, and cut lists to ensure accuracy before production - Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality output on all parts - Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues - Keep an organized and clean work area to ensure safety and efficiency Qualifications - 2+ years of CNC operating experience in a millwork, cabinetmaking, or woodworking shop - Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and cut files - Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (RhinoCAM, AutoCAD, or similar) preferred - Strong attention to detail and quality control - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Commitment to maintaining safety standards Compensation & Benefits - Competitive hourly wage, based on experience - Opportunity to work in a high-end, design-driven shop environment - Potential for growth within the company
