This position supports key areas of the community’s involvement with OPB including intake, tracking, recognition, scheduling, and supervision of volunteers. Additionally, this position administers in-house logistics with other departments to facilitate volunteer involvement. This position provides general support for the Volunteer Engagement department and excellent customer service to the general public. \r\n\n\r\n\n \r\n\n\r\n\nWorking Conditions: \r\n\n\r\n\nWork environment: The Volunteer Engagement team works on a mixed hybrid basis using equipment provided by OPB. This position will spend at least one day working in person at OPB’s offices per week. Much of the work requires the use of a telephone and computer. Travel will be required to assist with event preparation, transporting supplies, and to attend occasional events off site.
