This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed (or soon to be licensed) Real Estate Broker based in Portland, OR, with some flexibility for remote work. You will work with the team to grow a portfolio of residential and commercial listings, negotiating deals, conducting property showings, and performing market analysis. Additional tasks include developing client relationships, making social media, attending to contractual obligations, and staying updated on real estate trends. Qualifications: Licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Oregon or willing/in the process of obtaining a license Ability to conduct property showings and market analysis Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Are you sometimes charming? Proficiency with real estate market identification and portfolio management. - Will develop with time Client relationship management and networking skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Knowledge of local real estate trends and regulations - Will develop with time Bachelor's degree or significant sales experience **This is a commission only position. Although that also means there is no limit to your potential compensation!
