Key Responsibilities:  Execute manual and automated testing for smart home products, including cameras, smart plugs, bulbs, and robot vacuums, etc. Test device connectivity with cloud platforms and mobile apps. Assist in log collection and analysis for debugging purposes. Participate in or assist with Local Test & Beta Test, collect user feedback, and follow up on reproducing issues. Collaborate with the R&D team to troubleshoot and debug issues. Document test cases, results, and bug reports. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronic engineering, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in software or consumer electronics testing. Basic knowledge of networking protocol (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi,  Bluetooth, etc.) Basic knowledge of networking issue debug methods. Familiarity with test case design and execution. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Skills (Preferred): Knowledge of smart home ecosystems (Alexa, Google Home, Apple HomeKit). Familiarity with test automation tools and continuous integration technologies Deep understanding of user experience, attention to detail, and ability to think and analyze problems from a user perspective. We have an immediate opening to join our team supporting our Patient Nutrition Management System called HealthTouch. HealthTouch is used in over 500 hospital diet offices throughout the US. HealthTouch is used to order, document, track, and manage the food ordering and production of all patients’ meals. All meal orders are entered in to the HealthTouch system and because HealthTouch is interfaced with the facilities ADT and OE system, HealthTouch is automatically updated whenever a new patient is admitted, discharged, or transferred within the facility. Patient’s dietary orders are also interface to allow the system to filter out the food items that are not permitted. Tray tracking, nutritional analysis, and order history are standard processes within HealthTouch. Some of the services we provide to our customers are; Travel on site to install and configure systems. Travel to a site to provide operations training. Provide training via phone and web based conferencing. Provide comprehensive phone support with our web based remote access solution or via VPN. Advanced hardware configuration and replacement. The ideal candidate would have; The ability to work independently. Great verbal and written skills. An above average knowledge of all Windows OS’s, including server. Very skilled in using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook. Ability to multitask, to work under pressure, to meet deadlines, and manage projects. Some travel is involved, and a neat and authoritative presences is required. Travel is approximately one week per month. Knowledge of a hospitals diet office procedures and/or HL7 language is a BIG plus. Under broad supervision, the QA Tester/Analyst will drive the overall QA planning/tracking and reporting for project(s), as well as execution of test lifecycle deliverables per standard methodology and procedures to ensure successful Test Strategy/plan implementation for the Georgia Dept. of Transportation (GDOT). While the intent may be a long-term tenure, this position is subject to annual budget restrictions. The initial contract is through the end of this fiscal year and is anticipated to be renewed July 1st.  Duties/Responsibilities: • Experience in testing Custom applications. • Experience in testing GIS components. • Actively interact with various teams. • Create and document test plans, Test Scenarios, test cases , execute tests, analyze results, and report problems and anomalies, all via the                lens of business end users • Operate in Agile approach to support testing needs. • Ensure Testcases are properly formulated, follow QA standards to ensure metrics are working. • Work closely and collaboratively with business partners, PMO and Vendor technical delivery teams to understand business requirements • Ensure software testing is done on-time and as planned and notify management about bottlenecks and other issues and risks • Assist Business subject matter experts and business analysts in the development of UAT test scenarios leveraging test cases • Participate in defect triage meetings and demos • Report weekly status to Quality Assurance Testing Lead Candidate Pay Range: $39.92- 43.00 per hr.  Visa: Permanent Resident (aka Green Card) or US Citizen preferred Local Only - Hybrid Work Schedule     Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar      General Experience: • At least Three (3) years of experience with testing in software development projects. • Experience in mid-scale or large-scale system development projects (including using test automation, test strategy, developing and executing            test scripts and test plans) • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Able to review and analyze system specifications (e.g. System Requirements, Business Requirements, Design Documents, etc.) • Able to perform manual testing and/or automated testing using the supported tools. • Identify missing testcases, create new test cases and modify existing testcase for more completed accurate and efficient Test Coverage. • Experience in documenting Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) and confirming applications are ready for UAT • Experience in documenting Test Cases,  Test Results • Ability to prepare sample data for testing. • Skills in System testing, parallel/comparative testing, QA testing, performance and load testing, regression testing, security testing, business              continuity/disaster recovery testing, post-go-live testing/validation • Experience with mobile device testing is a plus. • Analytical mind and skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and issue isolation • Able to work with cross-functional teams to validate product quality throughout the development life cycle • Experience with GitHub, ServiceNow, TFS, JIRA   Specialized Experience: • Experience in STLC concepts and best practices. • Experience in running tests for application functions. • Experience with SDLC and agile methodologies. • Familiarity with defect management tools (TFS / JIRA) • Preferred to have experience with public sector.    Preferred training or software testing certifications such as: • International Software Testing Qualifications Board • Certified Test Engineer (CSTE) • Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST)

Strong knowledge of wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Thread, Matter, Bluetooth). Strong problem analysis and solving skills, able to independently complete testing tasks. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively collaborate with different teams. Additional Skills (Preferred): Hands-on experience with IoT automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, Shell, MQTT scripting). Experience with voice assistant integrations (Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, Apple HomeKit). Knowledge of robotics testing (Lidar, SLAM navigation for robot vacuums). Possesses extensive experience in the installation of traditional electrical products.
