Description: We are a hardware company seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations & Inventory Assistant to join our team in Doral, FL. The ideal candidate will support daily operations by preparing orders, keeping inventory updated and organized, and providing excellent customer service. This role also includes office support tasks such as handling documents, preparing quotations, and entering orders in SAP. The candidate will provide customer support by responding to inquiries quickly and professionally, ensuring smooth communication with clients and suppliers. Responsibilities: • Prepare, pack, and organize customer orders for shipment. • Maintain inventory up to date and ensure accuracy at all times. • Keep warehouse and product stock organized. • Respond promptly to customer inquiries by email, phone, and WhatsApp Business. • Assist with quotations and basic order documentation. • Enter and process orders in SAP. • Coordinate with logistics providers for shipments. Requirements: • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Bilingual: English & Spanish required. • Must be able to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. • Previous experience in inventory management, logistics, office support, or warehouse operations is a plus. • Reliable, responsible, and proactive. • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel/Word), SAP, and basic digital tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Charismatic personality and willingness to support sales interactions with clients.
