Looking for a contracted tech (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday) with the opportunity to become a full-time employee to assist in a large-scale remodel project and assist with several others in the general Larchmont/Hollywood/West Hollywood and surrounding area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: General Handy Work (must have your own tools): • Drywall removal, reinstallation, patching, sanding and painting • Painting as needed • Door and window screen repairs and re-installation • Home Depot runs (you’ll have them call Property Manager for the purchase) • Key copying • General Electrical • General Plumbing • Cleaning including light fixtures, unit AC filters • Property Renovations Experience with electrical wiring is a plus The pay is $25 per hour to be paid every other Friday. Requirements: • Must be honest, reliable, trustworthy, experienced and hard-working. We will not consider anyone who does not have at least 2-3 years of the above experience. General Contractors will not be considered. • Must be resident of Los Angeles • Must have a reliable vehicle, preferably a truck or van. • Must have experience with plumbing, electrical, and drywall repairs including mudding. • Must be communicative and responsive. Also, will assist in setup of scaffolding on jobsite on a job-to-job basis. This job requires a lot of physical exertion. Examples: heavy lifting, standing on ladders and scaffolding while working, mixing materials using hand tools or mixer. We are looking for individuals with good communication skills and leadership. Someone who has good attention to detail, is capable of working with others, and with help us delivery excellent service to our client's satisfaction.
