ShareCED, a growing Electrical Distributor in Antioch, is looking for a smart, hardworking individual to make deliveries to our customers in one of our 16-foot stake bed trucks. No special driver license is needed - a standard driver license is sufficient. As a driver, you will be working in our warehouse and acting as a backup to our five regular drivers. In case one of our drivers were unable to work, you will be trained and ready to hop in one of the trucks to make sure our customers' needs are met. Eventually, you will likely take over your own route. Benefits: • Opportunity for Career Advancement • Health / Vision / Dental Benefits • 401K with Company Match • Paid Vacations, Paid Holidays • Life Insurance • Free Parking • Employee Discount Responsibilities: • Loading and unloading delivery vehicle with forklift and/or by hand • Making several deliveries per day to customer job sites • Interacting with customers and the team over the phone and in person • Picking up orders from local suppliers • Obtaining customer signatures and photos upon delivery • Helping out in warehouse when not making deliveries. • Completing daily safety inspection on delivery vehicle Eligibility Requirements • Age 21+ • Reliable • Maintain clean driving record (no more than 1 moving violation in last 3 years, no DUI) • Passes background check and drug test (paid for by employer) • Passes DOT physical (paid for by employer) • Good at math • Available Monday through Friday • Eligible for employment in the U.S. • Able to lift 50 lb above head Please call Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30AM and 5:00PM Equal Opportunity Employer | Veterans and Disability
