Manage a station (e.g., grill, sauté, prep) efficiently and accurately during peak service times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, cooking equipment, and storage areas, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Assist with food prep Communicate effectively with the Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. What You'll Bring: Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a Mexican or Latin American restaurant setting. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure in a high-volume setting. Reliability and punctuality—we count on our team! A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
