Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. *** 1. Responsible for daily and nightly task checklist.* 2. Sets up dishwasher and sets up chemicals.* 3. In charge of running and maintaining dish station.* 4. Manages compost, trash, and recycling.* 5. Follows all food regulations.* 6. Responsible for major clean-up.* Availability: Must have mostly open availability. Must be available for the week of Thanksgiving.
