We are hiring Mover / Driver team members to help us deliver top-quality moving, hauling, and furniture assembly services throughout the DMV area. What You’ll Do • Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items with care and efficiency • Drive box trucks or vans to and from residential and commercial job sites • Disassemble and reassemble furniture, install wall-mounted decor (e.g., TVs, art) • Operate moving equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or lifts • Assist with packing and unpacking as needed • Follow planned delivery routes or use GPS for navigation • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and job site • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and crew members • Ensure every move is completed safely and professionally • Accurately complete job documentation (e.g., inventory, Bill of Lading) What We’re Looking For • 1+ year of moving, delivery, warehouse, or driving experience preferred • Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and perform physical labor all day • Valid driver's license • Great communication and customer service skills • Knowledge of basic tools and safe lifting techniques • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and punctual • Comfortable working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments • Previous experience operating box trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks is a plus What You’ll Get • $20 - $25/hour + tips, materials commissions, and bonuses • Flexible hours (part-time or full-time available) • Opportunities to grow into Lead Mover or Foreman roles • Positive, team-driven environment where your work is appreciated • On-the-job training and leadership development • A company that treats you like family If you’re reliable, respectful, and ready to work apply now and grow with us.
