We’re looking for a detail-oriented HVAC Estimator to join our estimating team and help us continue raising the bar for quality and performance. 🔧 Responsibilities: Prepare accurate HVAC cost estimates for commercial and multifamily projects. Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and bid documents. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing. Analyze labor, material, and equipment costs. Prepare bid proposals and assist with value engineering. ✅ Requirements: Minimum 3 years of estimating experience in commercial HVAC or mechanical contracting. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, ductwork, and piping layouts. Ability to read and interpret construction plans. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, QuoteSoft, or similar). Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
