




Location: South Lake Union, Seattle, WA Employment Type: Part-Time Reports To: Studio Manager Position Overview We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable receptionist to join our tattoo studio team. This role is all about creating a welcoming first impression, keeping the studio running smoothly, and helping share the artistry and stories behind our tattoos through photography, videography, and social media. Key Responsibilities -Greet clients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm. -Ensure the front desk and waiting area are clean, organized, and inviting. -Assist artists by preparing client forms, setting up for sessions, and keeping supplies stocked. -Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of daily transactions. -Learn and assist with studio photography and videography, capturing behind-the-scenes content, finished tattoos, and artist features. -Collaborate with the team to create engaging Instagram stories, posts, and reels that highlight the studio’s culture and creativity. -Support marketing efforts, events, and promotions as needed. -Maintain confidentiality and uphold studio hygiene and safety standards. Skills & Qualifications -Previous experience in customer service, reception, or creative environments preferred. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional attitude. -Interest in or basic knowledge of photography, videography, and social media content creation. -Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy, artistic environment. -Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or other creative platforms. -Comfortable working in a tattoo environment and discussing tattoo art. -Bilingual a plus! Work Environment -We are a large team of tattoo artists, specializing in custom designs -Collaborative, artistic, and sometimes fast-paced studio setting. -Some weekend shifts are required. -You’ll often be surrounded by tattoo sessions, creative projects, and photo/video shoots. We are looking for somebody to work five days a week, from 10am-2pm to open the studio and welcome the clients for the day.
