*Bartending experience and full weekend availability required* The Snug is hiring a part-time (2 shifts/week, both Saturday & Sunday availability required) bartender for our front of house team! We’re looking for a strong bartender and hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, genuinely enjoys connecting with guests, and works seamlessly with teammates in a high-volume setting. This role is part of our hybrid model, which means adaptability is key. While most shifts are bartending, you’ll occasionally serve or barback, and on rare occasion host depending on the night’s needs. We rotate roles to keep things dynamic, collaborative, and balanced across the team. Every position is equally valued, and compensation remains consistent across roles.
