Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m. Compensation: $18 per hour Position Overview: Our Lady’s School is seeking a caring, reliable, and energetic Playground Aide to support our 3rd – 8th grade students at our North Campus during morning arrival, recess, and lunch periods. The Playground Aide helps create a safe and positive environment for students, supervises outdoor play, and assists with student needs throughout the day. Responsibilities: • Supervise students before school, at recess, and during lunch periods to ensure safety and positive behavior. • Engage with students by promoting fair play, conflict resolution, and inclusion during games and activities. • Support staff with set-up, clean-up, and transitions during lunch and recess. • Enforce school rules consistently and fairly, modeling respect and kindness. • Communicate effectively with teachers and administrators regarding student needs or concerns. • Provide basic assistance to students as needed (e.g., helping open lunches, minor first aid with nurse support). • Tutor 3rd through 5th grade students working on basic reading and math skills • Other duties as assigned If you Love working with children and have experience in schools, and youth programs, or in a related field, we would love to work with you.
