What You’ll Do in This Role: Clean and maintain homes with care: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting. Organize and clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas with attention to detail. Make beds and tidy up spaces. Use cleaning products and equipment properly (training provided!). Complete your daily route punctually. Interact with customers in a kind and respectful manner. What We’re Looking For: Cleaning experience (preferred but not required—we'll train you!). Many of our hires without prior experience become excellent after training! Willingness to work independently and efficiently. Positive attitude and energy. Ability to manage your time effectively. Availability to drive between our clients’ homes. Physical strength and stamina to keep up with the demands of the day.
