Evening Line Cook position available in a casual fine dining setting with Alaskan seafood and other entrees. Looking for a positive person eager to learn and work under the Chef--on the line with grill, sauté, fryer and garde manger. In addition to preparing and cooking the food, the position will also assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen with proper sanitation and ensure all food is handled and stored safely. Assistance with relocation to Kodiak Island is an option, and lodging can be provided.
