Must be able to pass a background check (some flexibility for credit) and pay $53+ (depending on how many states you've lived in in the past 5 years) to run the check. Security deposit is $850 and generally after utilities tenants get all of it back if they do the cleaning. The ideal roommate: -Sustainable -Stable job -Friendly -Mature (have your shit together) -Clean and respectful of others -Laid back -Positive and doesn't bring problems home -No drug addicts or raging alcoholics please About me: - I have a degree in environmental biology. My free time is spent playing disc golf, volunteering, catching live music, or staying in (more of late). I'm very inclusive and will invite you to festivals, live music, and the mountains. I'm all for keeping a small carbon footprint so I will make the effort to heat the house with the intense Colorado sun and cool it at night saving you money without any effort on your part. Emo is a 14yo Rott/newfy mix. He enjoys short walks (marking his territory), snow, dog parks, watching you eat, singing to overplayed commercial tunes (especially when he has a full belly), and carrying around his dog bowl when its empty. He's well-socialized and mostly blind, but you won't know until you hit him between the eyes with a treat. 2nd roommate Cory is very considerate, wholesome, and almost too quiet. Please check me out and consider the time and money you would save based on this awesome location. Also, I'm a pretty selfless person and not materialistic at all, so helping me pay rent will mean I'll have more money for charities. -Joshua
