I have a nice sized room for rent, would like like someone who is responsible and respectful. A non smoker. I have two Standard poodles that is the max for pets. Just need someone who cleans up After themselves and is respectful of others. No parties or drugs or huge gatherings please. There is a pool here, I have it listed as duplex but the other unit is behind me not next door
