Gentec Manufacturing is an ISO 9001:2015 / AS9100D / ISO 13485 Certified Precision CNC Machine shop specializing in CNC Milling and Turning as well as additional outsourced requirements to create a full service manufacturing facility. We are currently seeking reliable, hard working, ambitious and detail oriented individuals to join our team. We have an immediate opening for a Quality Control Inspector / Assistant. The Quality Control Inspector /Assistant reports to the Quality Control Manager and Production Manager. Responsibilities and Duties Mechanical Inspection: 1st piece, First Article, Final Inspection CMM Inspection Incoming Inspection (subcontractor, outside process) Creating and Managing Rejection reports Statistical processing Work with production team to identify opportunities for improvement Keep work space clean and organized Perform related tasks to ensure smooth production operation Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 4:00pm Friday, 7:00am to 2:30pm 40 hours per week plus overtime as required Education, Experience & Capabilities: Minimum 1 year experience with Machining or Quality Control, Mechanical inspection and/or CMM inspection Must be able to operate a Windows based computer Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Organized worker with attention to quality ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 13485 experience preferred (but not required) Benefits: • Opportunity to become a key member of a medium size, team-oriented fast growth company • Excellent leadership communications, assistance and teaching of quality requirements and system • Medical: Kaiser • Dental Insurance • 8 Paid holidays • Benefits after 60 day introductory period • Vacation accrual after 90 day introductory period • 401k with company contribution after 1 year employment. • $250 Signing Bonus after 90 days successful work PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME IN .PDF FORMAT FOR CONSIDERATION ONLY EMAILED RESUMES WILL BE ACCEPTED
