Part time property manager position available caring for a property and 4800 sq ft home in Roanoke Park. Property is a single-family home, not a tenant residence. Primary duties to include: Oversee seasonal and scheduled maintenance Act as the point of contact for service providers Regular inspections and follow up on repairs generated from inspections Project management: oversight of repair projects of all sizes, start to finish Management of all property systems interior and exterior: HVAC, irrigation, plumbing, landscaping etc. Updates for the homeowner on project progress and costs Jack/Jill of all trades Details $25/hr for approx 5-10 hours per week on average. Jordan's Pet Care needs 1-2 excellent dog walkers/pet sitters who can work M-Th or Friday between the hours of 10-6. Ideal candidate can pick up occasional overnights as needed as well as occasional morning or evening visits. JPC is a local woman-owned business that has been taking excellent care of animals since 2010. We strive to provide compassionate and loving pet care while creating an inclusive work environment where our employees feel appreciated and respected. The position requires: *Someone who is available M-Th between the hours of 10-6 (no ongoing conflicts), occasional earlier or later visits as well *Can pick up occasional overnights in a client's home as well as occasional morning or evening visits *Able to work in all weather conditions *Able to walk for 5-8 hours per day (You will NOT work 8 hours every day! Most days are 5-6 hours) *MUST have experience with cats and dogs and be comfortable with all breeds of dogs large or small with varying temperaments *No cat or dog allergies please! Must be able to work with BOTH cats and dogs (and rabbits)! There are many opportunities to make extra money and pick up extra work Looking for someone who is friendly, responsible, communicative, and a team player Personal/work references and background check required You must be able to work legally, pay is on the books only Minimum 9 month commitment required This is a service job and sometimes you will have to interact with clients so you must be friendly. The pay is generous and opportunities for evening/weekend walks (at a higher level of pay) as well as dog sitting will come up often so the more availability you are the more money you will make. We do not have a lot of turnover and find our walkers tend really like their jobs.
