What You’ll Do: As our on-site IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for on-site technical support across both locations. You’ll work closely with operations, administration, and leadership to ensure our systems stay reliable and secure. Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and support desktop computers, printers, and related hardware. • Manage and maintain on-premise databases, including Microsoft SQL Server. • Administer VPN access and ensure secure remote connectivity. • Install, configure, and troubleshoot network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls). • Support Microsoft 365 applications and Teams Phone Systems. • Monitor and manage Wi-Fi hotspots across both offices. • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to staff across departments. • Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and support tickets. • Support SOC 2 Type 2 certification process What We’re Looking For: Required: • 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration. • Proficiency with Microsoft technologies (Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365). • Experience with SQL Server and on-premise database management. • Familiarity with VPN setup and network security best practices. • Hands-on experience with network hardware installation and maintenance. • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. • Fully on-site position servicing our North Sacramento and West Sacramento facilities. This position is not remote. Preferred: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GTS Consultant with strong experience in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS with E4H version).The ideal candidate will work with OData APIs within SAP GTS while collaborating with external parties that utilize MuleSoft APIs for SPL screening services. A key responsibility will be ensuring effective compliance integration between SAP GTS E4H and third-party solutions. The candidate should possess deep knowledge of GTS compliance processes, including real-time SPL screening and cloud-based integrations.
