Responsibilities: This role is critical to maintaining a diverse and profitable RV inventory across company locations. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in RV valuation, market analysis, and negotiation with dealers, auctions, and private sellers. This role is responsible for sourcing pre-owned RVs at competitive prices, building relationships with industry partners, and ensuring inventory aligns with sales trends and customer demand. Identify, evaluate, and purchase used RV inventory from auctions, dealers, wholesalers, and private sellers. Build and maintain strong relationships with RV suppliers, wholesalers, and auction representatives. Analyze market trends, inventory reports, and sales performance to guide buying decisions. Negotiate purchase prices and terms to meet profitability targets. Travel as needed to inspect and acquire RV inventory across regions. Coordinate with transportation and reconditioning teams to ensure timely delivery and readiness of units. Maintain accurate records of purchases and vendor agreements. Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Inventory Management teams to meet dealership goals. ·       All other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Minimum Qualifications: Prior experience in wholesale vehicle or RV purchasing required. Strong understanding of RV types, features, and market values. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make quick decisions under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software. Willingness to travel frequently. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. PHG needs reps to INSTALL  2 Cleaning Solution Dispensers in the Planet Fitness stores in MA/VT/NH during the Week of 8/18 - or some possibly week of 8/25.  Monday Through Friday 9am to 5 pm. Pay is $25 per hour onsite and mileage can be discussed at scheduling based on distance. Takes approx. 1.5 hours per location.  Store schedule will need to be provided to client once scheduled. Tools required: Cordless Drill with all bit types including concrete and basic hand tools Reporting Required to be completed in client app with photos. And hours also reported online at PHG site for pay processing. Full instruction for install and reporting will be provided. Help store manager maintain control over cash by helping to investigate and correct discrepancies and by maintaining a balanced change box and cash drawers. -Communicate with the store manager after each shift about any customer issues, open orders or product issues. -Ability to work solo in the shop. This entails being able to answer most customer questions and when in doubt, being able to take accurate notes for a manager to follow up at a later date.
