We have been in business for 62 years with no layoffs, we are busy! 🛣️Position 1: Regional Heavy Haul Driver *Route: Primarily I-5 Corridor with occasional trips to Eastern Oregon & Washington *Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11–12 hour days *Home Time: Most nights at home; 1–2 nights out per week *Pay: Flat rate per load + extra for multi-drops; incentive pay after 90 days *Annual Earnings: $70,000–$80,000 *Equipment: Assigned truck & trailer (CAT-powered, 18-speed, no automatics) 🏗️ Position 2: Scrap Steel Heavy Hauler – Eugene to Portland *Route: Two round trips daily between Eugene, OR and Portland, WA *Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12–13 hour days *Home Time: Home every night and weekends off *Pay: Up to $350/day *Equipment: Assigned truck & trailer (CAT-powered, 18-speed, no automatics) ✅ Requirements for Both Positions *Minimum 2 years CDL experience - preferred, willing to train the right person with at least one year experience. *Acceptable driving record *Experience strapping lumber loads preferred *TWIC preferred but not required *No pets or riders (insurance policy) *Trucks can be parked at our Vancouver or Longview yards - For position one. 🎁 Benefits *100% Company-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance after 90 days *Incentive pay eligibility after 90 days *Assigned truck and trailer *Numerous bonuses *Family owned and operated.
