Totally Chocolate is looking for a Maintenance Tech to join our maintenance team that keeps us running every day! As producers of custom chocolate products, we have a plant full of various types of machines that you will be trained to maintain. You bring a strong Mechanical and Electrical aptitude along with experience in the role that demonstrates your ability to troubleshoot and get us back online. The position is predominantly Monday to Friday day shift but may require occasional weekend or overtime during our peak winter months of production. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment Repair all production equipment as needed Perform breakdown analysis Perform general housekeeping Upgrade production lines with new equipment/technology Comply with GMP, safety, and audit standards Work independently under limited supervision (self-management) Documentation of work schedule and work tasks completed Production tasks as needed BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 18 years or older Pass the drug test; Pass the background check Experience with electrical systems, troubleshooting repair and installation. Experience with mechanical systems (e.g., gear boxes, chains, sprockets, motors, seals, bearings). Experience with product manuals (e.g., reading and applying knowledge to make repairs). Experience with troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns (pinpointing and fixing breakdowns). Small and established busy automotive repair shop seeking a service writer. This position will provide general customer service tasks such as answering the phone and assisting walk in customers. This position is responsible for pricing repair jobs and selling the recommended repair to the customer. The service writer will manage the flow of work for the shop and schedule repair and service jobs. Responsible for inventory management and ordering of parts by working with a variety of vendors. Automotive experience a plus but not required. Skills and qualifications required: - Computer skills (typing, email, navigating basic software applications) - High level of customer service - Ability to multi-task and problem solve - Valid WA drivers license - Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
